Everything for weight and fitness in one diary

Food diary and macros

Search the food database and log portions in grams, pieces or milliliters. Calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber are calculated automatically.

About the food diary

Workout log

Strength, cardio, walking and steps. Calories burned are based on your weight and load, plus the afterburn after strength training (EPOC).

About the workout tracker

Muscle recovery

A body map shows which muscles are still recovering and which are ready for work, by muscle fiber type — and suggests what to train today.

Workout programs

Ready-made and custom programs based on the Seluyanov method: a cycle map, a plan for every day and a checklist that fills in your diary.

Dietitian, trainer and analyst reports

Regular personal reviews in your Feed: where you fall behind your targets, what went well and what to fix tomorrow.

Goals and challenges

Personal goals with automatic tracking, challenges with friends and weekly leagues with a leaderboard.

How it works

  1. Set your goal

Lose, maintain or gain weight. Fitaline estimates your basal metabolic rate with the Mifflin–St Jeor equation and sets a daily calorie goal.

  2. Log food and workouts

Search the database, use Quick picks for your frequent foods and exercises and repeat a set with one tap. Without internet your entries are saved and sent later.

  3. See what to do next

“~N kcal left to eat”, macro balance, the glycemic load of each meal, muscle recovery and reports in your Feed.

For your goal

Lose weight

A gentle, moderate or fast calorie deficit from your BMR, a warning when the deficit gets too harsh and protein tracking — so you lose fat, not muscle.

How to lose weight: a step-by-step plan

Build muscle

A small surplus without extra fat, enough protein, training for different muscle fiber types and time to recover.

How to build muscle: training and nutrition

Stay in shape

Calorie balance, water, steps and regular workouts — plus the weekly “Best version of yourself” league, where points come from sticking to your own targets.

Why Fitaline

  • Numbers come from formulas. Calories and macros come from the food database and your portion size; energy burned comes from the load and your weight.
  • A daily goal based on your BMR plus your actual workouts. Activity is never counted twice, and you don’t overeat on rest days.
  • Tracks what most apps ignore: the afterburn after strength training, the glycemic load of every meal, fiber and water.
  • Works in the browser on your phone and computer, and from your home screen like a regular app — even offline.
  • The free plan includes every feature. Pro removes the limits on report frequency and history depth.
  • Two languages. English at fitaline.com, Russian at fitaline.ru.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fitaline free?

Yes. The free plan includes every feature: food and workout diary, goals, challenges and reports. Pro removes the limits on how often you get reports in your Feed and how far back your history goes.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Fitaline opens in the browser on your phone or computer. Add it to your phone’s home screen and it launches like a regular app and works offline.

How does Fitaline count calories?

Food calories and macros come from the food database: values per 100 g are scaled to your portion. Workout calories depend on the activity, its duration or load and your weight; strength training adds an afterburn (EPOC). Your BMR is estimated with the Mifflin–St Jeor equation.

How is Fitaline different from a regular calorie counter?

Besides calories and macros, it logs workouts, shows muscle recovery by fiber type and the glycemic load of your meals, offers workout programs and sends regular reports on your day, week and month.

Is Fitaline good for beginners?

Yes. You start with just a few numbers on screen, and more appear as you log data. Strict tracking — grams, macros, weights — can be added step by step.

Is there a Russian version?

Yes, the Russian version runs at fitaline.ru. You can switch the interface language in your profile.
